This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom town home is located in the gated resort community of Lake Berkley. It sleeps 6 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of a Master with a Queen size bed and full en-suite facilities, a Full size bedroom, and a twin. Other features of Villa Grande include a compact kitchen, living room, dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The main living area is well furnished and has a 27" television and a DVD/VCR. There is another television in the Master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a small porch, from which you can see the community pool, and the main clubhouse.
