All condos are located within 5 – 15 minutes of the major Central Florida attractions (including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, and more amazing Florida Vacation attractions). All Disney Area Condo Rentals are fully furnished and have fully equipped kitchens, full size washers and dryers, televisions, VCR and/or DVD player, and music systems.

We offer two ways of booking an Orlando Vacation Rental Condo:

Book a specific condo: This option allows you to view our list of Orlando Vacation Rentals and pick the exact condo you want to stay in for your vacation. The condo you see will be the condo we hold for you. If you chose to book a specific property, there is a $150 deposit required, with the balance of your stay due 30 days prior to arrival. To book a specific Orlando Vacation Condo, use either the quick condo search above or use the detailed property search located below. Then just choose the condo(s) you are interested in and email or call us to check availability. We will contact you promptly to let you know the availability and help you book that exact property. We add new condos daily and may be able to find you just what you are looking for.

Book a generic condo: This option will allow you to book one of our Orlando Vacation Rentals at the lowest price possible. By booking a generic condo, you just need to tell us your basic needs (number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms required). We then choose a condo that meets your criteria. With this method, you can make specific requests (i.e. king size bed in the master, east side of Disney, etc.) and we will do our best to meet these requests. However, requests cannot be guaranteed. If you chose to book a generic condo, there is a 10% deposit required to hold a property in your name. The balance of your stay is due 7 days prior to arrival (except for bookings during holiday periods – for more information on this, see our terms and conditions). Our Orlando Vacation Condo Rentals are located in resort style communities with amenities, such as: large pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness room, sundry shop, playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, sauna, walking trail, internet café, and more. However, these resort amenities vary and depend on which resort your Florida Condo is located in.
