The Kissimmee Rental Company has been one of Florida’s premier property managers and vacation rental companies since it was established in 1998. The company was formed when the owners, Pat and Julie Donovan, emigrated from the United Kingdom to make a home in sunny Florida. Now into our 9th year operating in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, we have grown tremendously and continue to do so every year.

Because we are a property management company, we do not just rent condos, town homes, and private pool homes in the area, but we also personally manage many of these properties. That means that we truly know what theses homes are like and what it takes to keep a property looking good. We want you to be happy with your vacation home and will do everything we can to ensure that our homes are everything you expect them to be!
The Kissimmee Rental Company provides beautiful 2 to 3 bedroom condos, 3 to 4 bedroom town homes, and spacious 3 to 7 bedroom private pool homes. All of our properties are fully furnished, have fully equipped kitchens (full size fridge/freezer, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, etc.), full size washers and dryers, and include TV’s, VCRs/DVDs, stereo systems, iron/ironing boards, and all of your linens and towels. And, of course, all of our accommodations are located just minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios Orlando®, SeaWorld® and other great Orlando attractions!

Our staff has and continues to provide a superior level of service.
